TEAM BUILDING – 2024 JOURNEY: CONNECT TO BREAK THROUGH

Team Building 2024 in Ninh Chu – Phan Rang was an internal event organized by New Pearl, creating an opportunity for all members to connect, have fun, and enjoy quality time together. With Ninh Chu Beach as the destination, the journey not only brought new experiences but also gave the New Pearl family a chance to relax, interact, and create memorable moments with colleagues.

It was also an opportunity for each member to step away from their usual work routine, take part in team activities, and enjoy joyful moments together in a friendly and dynamic environment. Through this journey, New Pearl aimed to further strengthen team spirit, create lasting memories, and foster greater connection and companionship among all members.

JOURNEY TO NINH CHU – PHAN RANG

The 2024 Team Building journey brought members to Ninh Chu – Phan Rang, a destination known for its open coastal landscape and the distinctive natural beauty of the coastal region.

Throughout the trip, members had the opportunity to explore a new environment, enjoy moments of relaxation, and take part in various social activities. Conversations, laughter, and shared experiences created a warm and friendly atmosphere, giving everyone more opportunities to connect beyond the workplace.

More than just a trip, it was also a time for members to get to know one another better and create shared memories together.

TOGETHER, OVERCOMING CHALLENGES

The highlight of Team Building 2024 was a series of team activities organized along Ninh Chu Beach. Members were divided into different teams and took part in challenges that required coordination, teamwork, and mutual support.

From physical challenges to games that required the entire team to work together, each activity created an energetic atmosphere filled with laughter. To complete the challenges, members had to communicate, coordinate, and make the most of each person’s strengths.

Through these activities, the spirit of teamwork, initiative, and collaboration was clearly demonstrated. Every completed challenge brought not only joy but also strengthened the connection among team members.
